#5 Lights, Camera, Action
Today I met with my cameraman. A cameraman?
When I knew I’d be racing for A Reeve Motorsport I had it my mind I wanted to capture the whole season on film. For two reasons. So my children could watch the films back and enjoy them when they are old enough to do so. And to capture my story, the story of a rookie’s journey into Motorsport.
I contacted the MetFilm School in London, put out an advert to their students and waited for the phone to ring / email to ping. A very nice chap called Tristan answered my calling and today we met up for the first time. The venue, a trendy, hip, young café in Oxford. I fitted right in. This was near to where Tristan went to University. That’s right, the kid’s got brains. I better be on good form. We discussed the vision and that was that. First filming is to take place at Snetterton for my debut in the car during a test day.
